Join us for REFIT, where everyBODY belongs. All are welcome-any age or gender, expert dancers and complete newbies. Suggested donation of $1.
Hey REFIT! We're starting back up for the fall this Monday (September 18) with some changes -
1. We'll be meeting upstairs at Calvary in the Loft. Enter through the main doors and head up the stairs that are immediately on the right. We'll make sure there are some arrows to point you in the right direction.
2. We'll be doing video workouts instead of having live workouts.
3. SNACKS! We'll have some this Monday :)
