T2 Construction Management

Happy Fourth of July from the T2 team. We are wishing everyone a safe and fun time celebrating America’s 250th year of independence!

Scott joined the T2 team in 2021 as a Project Manager, bringing a background in product development, manufacturing, and supply chain to the role.

Scott's days look a little different every time. He spends his time on-the-go between job sites, customer meetings and subcontractor coordination, making sure every detail is accounted for and every project is moving in the right direction. From reviewing drawings to meeting with clients and keeping everyone on the same page, his goal is to make sure every job gets done on time and gets done well.

He takes pride in being a West Michigan native and getting to play a role in shaping the community he calls home. His favorite project so far has been a downtown Holland mixed-use building just blocks from his alma mater, Hope College.

"We take pride in doing our job very well, so that when a building is finished here in West Michigan, we’re proud of it becoming part of the community for future generations," said Scott.

When he is not on the job, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. They enjoy time outside camping and heading to the beach. In his free time, Scott is also a passionate musician and drummer of 25 years. From indie rock and Americana to classic rock, music has been a big part of his life. He currently plays for his church’s band.

Back in May we started putting up the studs for Grand River Periodontics’ new office building, and are checking back in with our drywall progress! Next is priming and painting. We are excited to keep up the momentum on this project and see it continue to take shape.

We have the privilege of partnering with Laurie Birkholz, M.D. & Associates to design-build a new practice from the ground up. This exceptional space will match the level of care their patients experience every day. In addition to the new practice space, there will be an additional 4,650 square feet of lease space. We’re getting ready to break ground on this project and we can’t wait to watch it take shape.
