We're adding more yoga!

Starting in July, yoga will be offered twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays, with two unique styles of yoga to choose from. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, or simply try something new, there's a class for you!

Please note: Monday and Thursday classes are separate sessions and registration/payment is required for each session individually.

A huge thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and donated at our recent American Red Cross Blood Drive! Because of your generosity, the Red Cross collected 31 lifesaving blood products that will help patients in need.

Every donation has the power to make a difference, and together our community helped provide hope and support to individuals and families facing medical emergencies and treatments.

Thank you to our donors, volunteers, and the American Red Cross team for making this event a success. We are proud to be part of such a caring and giving community!
