Kinco Inc. is a North Carolina licensed construction, real estate, and appraisal firm. The Kinco team has been serving Greater Topsail and surrounding areas of Onslow and Pender counties since opening our doors in 1983. We are a family owned and operated company founded on the principles of quality, professionalism, and building lasting client relationships. We accomplish this through step-by-step customer service and by providing our customers with quality, cost effective homes in a timely manner. Our team establishes close working relationships with not only our customers, but also suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the construction process flows smoothly. Over thirty five years of experience and individualized customer service allows us to build quality homes customized to meet each client’s specific needs, while maintaining a cohesive relationship with the coastal environment in which we live. Kinco also has an unlimited commercial license for large projects.
