Random Movie Club

For the 21st Anniversary of RMC we watched 21 DAYS TOGETHER, starring Laurence Olivier and Vivian Leigh. Laurence plays Larry, a man who accidentally kills the husband of Wanda, the woman he loves. As luck would have it, someone else is arrested, accused and put on trial, leaving Larry to struggle with his guilt. He decides that if the man is found guilty, he will turn himself into the police, leaving Larry and Wanda with 21 days together. But even with this great set-up and wonderful side characters, 21 DAYS TOGETHER lacks the suspense and thrills to keep you engaged. Luckily, we were there on Zoom to take care of that. This is the 7th Olivier film we've seen at RMC:
