Heartbreaking.

It's with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Hollywood Firefighter Driver Engineer Chris Allen. Chris passed away this morning. Chris was a 23-year veteran of Hollywood’s Fire Rescue Department where he most recently drove the department’s high-water rescue vehicle conducting reconnaissance throughout this weekend’s storm. Chris was a husband and father of two, and he played an integral role in the department and our community. He will be greatly missed. Please join us in offering our deepest condolences to the Allen family and his brothers and sisters in Fire Rescue.
