Eryn has been with Kali & Koast 🍷 Restaurant for several years now, and he’s been an integral part of our success and day-to-day operations. He’s been there through thick and thin—busy nights and slow nights, and everything in between. He truly serves as the glue between the kitchen and the front of house, helping everything run the way it should.

He also leads our team with heart and support—like a father figure to the staff—while bringing the calm, maturity that makes a difference every single day.

And we also want to recognize Eryns impact as our Wine Director. He has an amazing palate and exceptional knowledge of wine, and it has truly elevated the experience for our guests and our team. We will miss him deeply—his expertise, his warmth, and the way he shares his knowledge so effortlessly with everyone around him.

We love you. We appreciate you so much, and you will be missed. You’ll always have a seat at our table. We wish you nothing but the best as you step into your new role and path—continued success and fulfillment in everything ahead.
