This patient presented to our clinic with a severe case of keratoconus. Keratoconus is characterized by progressive corneal thinning due to a collagen defect. Mild to moderate cases can be treated with Collagen Cross-Linking. In advanced cases, corneal transplantation may be necessary to restore vision.
