Coxswains Joanna and Lilia both recently attended Mary Whipple coxswain clinic at the historic University of Washington boathouse!

“At the 9th Seat, coxswains learn how to improve by getting a rower’s perspective in the boat, and discussing coxswain specific feedback. We enjoyed many audio review sessions and living on the University of Washington campus.”

📚✏️Our athletes continue to see success on the water and in the classroom. Congratulations to the team on an incredible spring semester in the classroom!

Current NMH students, coaches, and alumni are at the USRowing PDC camp in Chattanooga, TN. The athletes have been spending time in small boats, and refining their technique. The coaching staff includes D1 college coaches, former olympians, and elite junior coaches.

Congratulations to incoming 10th grader Lou-Ann Wolczik (bow seat), who competed last weekend at Youth Nationals in the U16 coxed quad!

Lou-Ann’s boat finished 18th in the nation. Awesome work from a future Hogger! 🐽⚡️💪🏼
