FATAL BOAT CRASH: Developer George Pino was in court ahead of his trial next week wanting charges dropped.

According to records, George Pino is facing second-degree manslaughter and vessel homicide charges for operating in a reckless manner and allegedly causing the death of 17-year-old Lucy Fernandez.

Pino was driving the 29-foot vessel with 14 passengers on board when he crashed into a channel marker near Boca Chita Key on Sept. 4, 2022, according to prosecutors.

Influencer Yabdiel Anibal Cotto Torres (Baby Alien) pleaded no contest to a charge of discharging a firearm. Accepted a deal of 6 months of probation. He must complete 20 community service hours, a firearm safety course, and an FWC course.

Last week Controversial “looksmaxxing” influencer Clavicular and a man known on social media as “Cuban Tarzan” also have avoided jail time in a case involving the apparent shooting of an alligator.

Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, and Andrew Morales, also known as “Cuban Tarzan,” pleaded no contest Friday to charges of unlawfully discharging a firearm in public.

The shooting happened at the Francis S. Taylor Everglades Wildlife Management Area boat ramp dock on or about March 26, according to court records.

Video posted on social media showed people on an airboat who appeared to be shooting at an alligator, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officials said.
