Tulsa Police arrested 47‑year‑old Jason Wofford after tracking down the stolen trailer belonging to Josey Scott, Original Voice of Saliva. Officers say they found Wofford outside his home wearing a Josey Scott t‑shirt when they arrived.

According to police, the trailer was taken on April 28 and contained around $50,000 in band equipment. Officers served a warrant at Wofford’s residence, recovering guitars, drums, equipment, and boxes of band merch. He allegedly told detectives he unloaded the trailer before moving it to a rural property in Pawnee County, where officers later found it.

Wofford was booked into the Tulsa County Jail for Grand Larceny AFCF and Knowingly Concealing Stolen Property AFCF.

Josey Scott, the original frontman of rock band Saliva, has launched a crowdfunding campaign after thieves stole the tour trailer containing nearly all of the band's performance equipment.

The trailer held gear, equipment and essential items needed for live shows, according to a GoFundMe page set up by Josey Scott Productions. The campaign described the theft as "devastating" and said years of work and investment were lost. Funds raised will go toward replacing stolen gear, securing a new trailer and getting the band back on the road.

Scott is best known for fronting Saliva during the band's commercial peak in the early 2000s. Recovery efforts are underway, though organizers said a significant portion of the equipment may need to be replaced immediately to keep the tour going.
