The HAFH program supports not only patient families, but the patients themselves, many after receiving a bone marrow transplant. Children who undergo this complex, life-saving process must remain close to the hospital for up to 90 days after discharge so their care team can closely monitor their progress and recovery.
For families, that means finding temporary housing while navigating an already overwhelming journey. Thanks to your generous support, some families don't have to face that burden alone.
