Latest roof cleaning job. This is a previous customer I met about 3 years ago while cleaning her neighbor's driveway. She was upset because she needed hers done, but had just used the last of her money to help out her son, who was an army vet, and was also caring for her husband who has dementia. so I gave her a special I just happened to be running that day.. "100% off for any vet's mom who gave me a hug". She still calls me anytime she needs anything done. This roof was in really bad shape. And the HOA was really on her case. And I know she was still on a very tight budget, And even though it took us almost 6 hours due to weather and condition, we were able to do it at Cost only.
