"DESIGN COORDINATOR POSITION":

JOB PURPOSE:
Plans and oversee the aesthetic elements of a project, while also ensuring that it meets client needs and goals. Managing the design aspects of construction projects to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Determine project requirements
● Organizing projects
● Review progress
● Consult & follow up with clients every step of the way

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Experience:
● 1 year of relevant experience required or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work/industry/military/job specific experience that provides the necessary knowledge.

Preferred Experience:
● 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction or design related fields with one year of relevant experience

Preferred Education:
● Bachelor’s degree BA or BS from four-year college or university

Required Skills:
● Ability to communicate efficiently
● Ability to be creative and artistic
● Proficiency in interior design
