We're looking for an innovative Travel RN Team Lead to architect a cutting-edge recruitment strategy that aligns with our mission and sets new industry benchmarks.
In this role, you'll:
☑Spearhead a dynamic team, instilling a culture of excellence and collaboration.
☑Innovate sourcing and networking to attract elite travel nurse talent.
☑Champion the screening and selection process, ensuring we onboard only the most qualified nurses.
☑Maintain rigorous compliance and credentialing standards.
☑Foster strong relationships with healthcare partners, understanding and meeting their unique staffing needs.
☑Utilize key metrics to drive decisions, report on progress, and continuously refine our approach.
This role requires:
☑A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a Master's is a big plus.
☑At least 3 years leading travel nurse recruitment teams, with a stellar track record of smashing recruitment goals.
☑A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, nursing qualifications, and the unique dynamics of travel nursing.
☑Experience in motivating and developing a high-performing team.
☑Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
