Last night marked a significant milestone as the state budget was passed out of conference committee. Mahalo to my House colleagues for entrusting me with the role as the Subcommittee Chair on Capital Improvement Projects & Co-Chair on Grant-In-Aid. I am proud to have played a part in securing vital funding for our state.

This budget is a testament to the hard work and dedication of my House Finance colleagues and our staff. Special thanks to my Senate counterparts, Chair Dela Cruz and Vice Chair Moriwaki for their dedication throughout this whole process.
