Exo Heels Choreography
Sunday, April 26th @ 2-3:30pm

Step into your heels & let’s dive into a sensual, detail-focused choreography class. This mixed-level session is all about the little things - musicality, control, texture & those subtle touches that make movement feel polished & powerful.

Expect a supportive environment with time for individual feedback & hands-on adjustments (as time allows) to help you fine-tune your lines, transitions & pertormance quality.

Prerequisites: Must have completed Level 1 series or have taken at least 5 beginner pole classes. If you’re in Level 2 or up you’re good to attend this class.

What to bring: Heels & kneepads are highly recommended.
