Jennifer is a seasoned staffing professional with over 25 years of expertise in human resources, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development. Known for her ability to align top talent with organizational goals, she brings both strategic insight and hands-on experience to her role as Staffing Manager. Jennifer has held regional positions in both the private and non-profit sectors, with a particular focus in healthcare.

Jennifer believes that the key to success in staffing is connecting the right people with the right opportunities. She’s passionate about building diverse, dynamic teams that not only meet client needs but also help candidates thrive in their roles.

A native of Honolulu, Jennifer has also called Maui and the Big Island home. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, and soaking up the sun at the beach with loved ones.
