I have missed running, the running community and especially all the Lushes! I had a great time (and surprised myself with my finish) at the Rock n Roll San Diego 5k . The energy and course was great as was the weather! Good luck to all running the 1/2 and Marathon tomorrow! Surgery is probably in my future so will be out of commission a little while longer!

Finally something to post about! Made it down to San Diego for the Rock n Roll races and the Bloody Marys, of course!! Unfortunately, due to injuries will only be half walking / jogging the 5k as I had to cancel the 1/2. In any event, the weekend looks like it will be beautiful. Looking forward to seeing running friends and fellow lushes!

Our byline is “a running joke" because we don't take ourselves too seriously. We are a racing team founded in San Francisco, California but we have runners all over the world. We are a team for all runners, all fitness levels and distances. We run road, trail and relay races.
