Who created poke? Who created poke bowls?
To be fair. What i think he is trying to say. is that they took the concept of poke bowls and they added in local LA food influence and made it their own. Then they created a fast casual take out style. Or something like that…. I not sure lol. Or are they saying they created poke bowls?
