Trying to limit the caffeine flow this past couple months. So I’ve switched over to the power of mushroom extracts! I am not sure if it is benefiting me, versus a cup of coffee in the morning. But I am still chugging along! I mixed in a concoction of peppermint tea, peppermint oil, tsp. of cacao powder, 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil, and the Thrive blend of mushroom extracts by FreshCap Mushrooms. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Cheesy Pesto Stuffed Portobello mushroom cap. Yummo! Portobello mushroom, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan/Romano/Asiago mix, bacon, and chopped pepperoni. Happy tastebuds! Baked empty cap upside down for about 10 minutes @ 400 degrees, then added mix and baked at 420 degrees for another 10 minutes. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
