In 2025, we had the honor of walking alongside O'ahu's Youth and young adults as they took powerful steps toward brighter futures. From education and career readiness to workforce training and life skills, WorkHawaii Youth Program remained committed to removing barriers and creating real opportunities.

WorkHawaii Youth Program is a City & County of Honolulu initiative supporting O'ahu's youth and young adults with tools, skills, and support needed to succeed in the workforce.
🛍💵 Hands-on learning in action! Our Retail Management students are sharpening their custom service and cash handling skills using the POS system during class.
💬🖥 These real-world exercises help build confidence and preps them for success in the workplace! 🌟
