Reposted from Lastlight Ramen] [Pre-orders OPEN] We teased this kit on our story a few days ago, and now we're proud to officially announce our White Sesame Shio Tonkotsu Ramen Kit! This kit is centered around our unapologetically rich, creamy, and savoury pork-bone paitan soup. To keep things balanced, we've chosen to season this soup with a lighter salt (shio) seasoning consisting of a blend of Japanese sea salts, mirin, and sake to add complexity and amplify the pork-forward flavour of the broth. This kit comes complete with our thin handmade noodles, roasted white sesame seeds, torched pork belly chashu, red & green onion, wood ear mushroom, nori seaweed strips, and our classic marinated ajitama. Every kit also includes a small portion of black garlic oil, for those of you that want to experiment with the flavour!

Cost per kit is $13.50, with 20 total available. DM us to order. Pick up will be next Wednesday, February 16th in Abbotsford or Chilliwack (let us know your preference).
