31 Days of May | With Quel 05/01/2023

New month, new goals!

31 days back to health!!!

I’m challenging all my collaborators to get back in health this month! For 31 days we are:

1. Wearing our waist trainers at least 4-8 hours per day
Tip: use slimming get, hot gel, or lipo oil and measure yourself 3 times a week!

2. Aim to drink one gallon of water (at least a half gallon)
Tip: Drink 8 bottles of 16oz waters a day
2 at breakfast, 2 at lunch, and 2 at dinner

3. NO SUGAR, FAST FOOD, JUNK FOOD!!
Tip: Eat at least 80 grams of protein

4. At least 30 min of exercise 4-5 days!!!
