As we head into a new year, we know there may be a few new faces here, so we wanted to take a moment to say hello and re-introduce ourselves.
We’re Janet and Thomas Carruth — married empty nesters, proud grandparents, and dog parents to Abbey and Zelda (our two very loved boxer pups). We decided to become real estate agents after buying our own home back in 2011. We genuinely enjoyed the process and looked at each other and said, “We could actually have fun doing this together.” And just like that, Team Carruth was born.
Studying and testing for our real estate licenses was challenging, especially considering we hadn’t been in a classroom since the 80s, but a point of pride for us both, we passed on the first attempt! That did give us a boost of confidence that we can really do this!
As we step into 2026, we’re incredibly thankful for the trust our clients place in us. We don’t take that lightly, ever. It’s an honor to walk alongside people during such important moments, and we truly love what we do. We’re excited for what this new year holds and look forward to serving our clients with integrity, hard work, and heart. Happy New Year from our family to yours 🤍
