Razzle made a new friend this morning.

At least that’s what she thought.

She very sweetly approached a tiny bird in the yard with a toy in her mouth, clearly prepared to offer friendship, games, and possibly full-time companionship.

Mama bird absolutely rejected the proposal.

The next few seconds included aerial attacks, one extremely excited yellow lab, barking invitations to play, me being dragged through wet grass like a rodeo contestant, and Razzle having the TIME OF HER LIFE.

Razzle is thrilled with how the morning went.

I am damp, muddy, and apparently no longer at the top of the food chain.
