There’s a culture of narcissistic entitlement that desperately needs to be exterminated. Unfortunately as a small business, online reviews play a role in the algorithm of how we are found and viewed on the internet with no context for better or worse. As much as we would like to not subscribe or participate in this puppetry, it is an inevitable reality of the game we play in the realm of utilized technology to make our business not only visible but creditable.

Yesterday some clown came in randomly without an appointment and tried interrupting Daleco while he was working with our kids during our every Tuesday and Thursday boxing class. Being the dedicated owner and coach that he is, Daleco’s focus was on the kids and parents who were scheduled to be there. Instead of being an adult and seeing we were busy and coming back later or simply emailing us to make an appointment this “grown man” had a temper tantrum and wrote a review in his car to criticize what Daleco was actually doing in his request. DFOH.

2nd slide is my reply, 3rd is the sign on our window before you come into our doors. Small businesses are suppose to take this role as humble servants. Nah son. We will not submit to this culture of cry babies who want to be tough with their fingers over modems. We are not infallible. But this we will not accept nor tolerated.
