They are trying to break us. We showed them up yesterday and they doubled down today to try to change the narrative. Once again, we know what we all saw.
We can hold the line. We can hold fast.
We can’t meet their violence with violence. It would feel good in so many ways though but instead be productive by supporting families sheltering in place and by calling your representatives-they are not reading your Instagram post so you need to call to let them know how you feel.
And tonight light a candle for Alex. Light a candle for our community that is in so much pain.

Baby Yoga is my favorite hour of the week 💜
It’s all about time with your baby while getting to move your body and meet other new parents. We often take a field trip after class to either get lunch or cupcakes. Class is a series each month. Wednesdays at 11am in Hopkins. Limited to four pairs per session. Link in Bio.

Christine completed her birth doula training with CAB in February of 2023.

Since her training Christine continued completing the requirements for CAB Certification while starting her birthwork business-Christine Graanfox, LLC.

We are thrilled to have Christine as part of our CAB community and have her add the initials CAB-CD to her credentials.
