ST CLOUD HRA TO OPEN SECTION 8 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER WAITING LIST LOTTERY MAY 2 - 6
The St. Cloud HRA will accept online applications for its Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List Lottery.
Waiting List Lottery Opens: May 2, 2022 at 12:01 am
Waiting List Lottery Closes: May 6, 2022 at 11:59 pm
There is no advantage to applying on the first day. The lottery means that after all of the applications are received, they will use a computer to randomly select 1000 of the applications to be placed on their housing Choice Voucher waiting list.

Preferences
90% of applicants selected will need to meet HRA preference requirements, in which they live, work or are attending school full-time in the city limits of St. Cloud or the counties of Benton, Sherburne or Wright. 10% of application selected will be non-preference.
