Customer called with a gray tank that wouldn’t drain…

After a bit of exploring and testing realized what happened was factory dropped cut outs from tank into the tank.. flowed down and blocked the 1 1/2” drain..

Fixed now, but man something that could have easily been avoided if the factory took their time!
