Greg Phipps named new Fayette County workforce development coordinator - Record Herald WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE, Ohio — Greg Phipps has been selected as the new Fayette County workforce development coordinator, the Southern Ohio Educational Service Center (SOESC) announced.

Last week, we welcomed Zach Woodrow, Park Manager, and Nathan Ferdinand, Program Administrator & Concessions Operator, with Deer Creek State Park.

We learned about the investments that have been made to the park over the past few years, as well as ongoing efforts to attract more visitors through special events and outdoor recreation opportunities. Deer Creek also has a naturalist who offers a variety of educational programs each month.
