At last night’s City Council meeting, Webster Mayor Donna Jasso proclaimed September 2 as Great Wolf Lodge Day—celebrating one year of howling success at Flyway, a top national ranking, and the leadership of General Manager Keith Furnas.

🐺 GREAT WOLF LODGE DAY: During last night's City Council meeting, Mayor Donna Jasso presented a proclamation marking September 2nd as Great Wolf Lodge Day in the City of Webster! General Manager Keith Furnas joined the Mayor and Council to celebrate more than one year in business for the resort located in the Flyway Entertainment District.

Great Wolf Lodge opened in Webster on August 7th, 2024, after more than ten years of planning and partnership between the City and Great Wolf Resorts. Since then, the Webster location has achieved tremendous success, ranking among the top five of all 23 Great Wolf locations nationwide. 🐺

𝗛𝗢𝗪𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗨𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗔𝗧 𝗙𝗟𝗬𝗪𝗔𝗬—Great Wolf Lodge Texas Gulf Coast was named the Houston Business Journal’s 2025 Landmark Award winner in the Hospitality category—recognizing its major impact on the region. As the first and only Great Wolf Lodge in the area, the resort is solidifying Webster as a premier destination for family fun, hospitality, and entertainment.

On October 25, Vida Mariscos opened at 210 Osprey Drive inside Flyway in Webster. This 13,000-square-foot Mexican seafood and sports bar offers a vibrant menu of fresh Mexican seafood dishes like oysters and ceviche, complemented by an impressive bar menu with craft cocktails, including favorites like margaritas, sangria, mojitos, and Palomas.

The expansive venue boasts a large indoor bar, private party room, and expansive indoor and outdoor seating—with a spacious patio that overlooks the ever-evolving, action-packed Flyway landscape.
