I forgot to tell you all. I had some crawfish on Friday—two pounds with potatoes, egg, and corn for 30 bucks. I applied my skills as a licensed psychologist to the situation, utilizing mindful eating and practicing self-control and discipline, as I’m accustomed to eating about 5-6 pounds.

I do want more crawfish, but I can and will sit & tolerate uncomfortable feelings.
