Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual Mortgage Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the mortgage loan process, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

Process mortgage applications from submission to closing.
Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and third parties in both English and Spanish.
Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
Gather and verify necessary documentation for loan approval.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan process.
Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage processing or related field.
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting, and loan processing.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
