Catherine has had a lifelong love of movement, starting with dance from the time she could walk.

Five years ago in Alaska, she developed a regular practice to try to heal her body holistically and connect deeper with herself and never looked back!

As a recent The Space Between Yoga Studio | Houston, TX yoga teacher training graduate, she’s excited to give back to the yoga community that has given so much to her.

In Catherine’s class, expect to tap into your strength and honor the amazing things our bodies do for us.
