A cloudy day can still be a sun safety day. UV rays are invisible, but they can still reach your skin when you are outside.
During UV Safety Month, help protect your family before you head out:
> Use sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher.
> Wear a hat or sunglasses when you can.
> Take breaks in the shade.
> Reapply sunscreen after swimming, sweating, or being outside for more than 2 hours.
A little sun safety can help protect your skin while your family enjoys summer.
