There is a time and place for everything, I just want to bring awareness to what it will cost you over a time span when you choose to rent versus ownership. Ownership can bring you wealth if strategically done correctly. There is nothing wrong with renting. However, keep in mind that once you're in position to own an asset, it will bring you a return on your investment.

We are looking to bless 400 families this Saturday. It is first come first serve and each car receives one package. This community event will be held between 1pm to 3pm. I will see y'all there and feel free to share and tell a friend, neighbor, associates, and family.
You will want to request for repairs within reason. In some cases, ask for credit towards repair or request repairs completed prior to closing. Sometimes it may be best to walk away if there are too many red flags when the inspection report comes back. Be sure, your agent and yourself are on the same page as far as what you will tolerate.
