Three years ago, I was sitting at my kitchen table praying and consuming with way too much coffee, but I had a clear vision.

After 12+ years learning this industry, I wanted to be the one leading projects the right way both effectively AND ethically while sharing my expertise through consulting.

Because you know what frustrated me most? Too many people treating professional standards as optional. PRSA taught me a lot over the years and the PRSA Code of Ethics isn't just guidelines for me. It's the foundation of how I handle every single client project.

Today I'm looking back on three wild, wonderful, sometimes-chaotic years of building something I'm genuinely proud of.
