Most GHL builds I audit have the same problem.

They were built for setup. Not for revenue.

After reviewing hundreds of GoHighLevel accounts — here's what I find most often:

A) Automations that haven't been touched since the original setup

B) Pipeline stages that are too vague to create accountability ("Interested," "Follow Up," "Maybe")

You can have the best follow-up sequence in your industry.
Perfect copy. Right timing. Smart segmentation.

If your domain isn't authenticated, half those emails land in spam.

And you'll never know — because your open rate dashboard won't tell you the difference between "delivered and ignored" and "never arrived."

Three things to check right now:

1. SPF record — tells email servers you're authorized to send from your domain. If missing, your emails are unverified strangers.

2. DKIM — a digital signature that proves the email wasn't tampered with in transit. Without it, spam filters distrust you.

3. DMARC — the policy that tells servers what to do when SPF or DKIM fails. Without it, spoofed emails can piggyback your domain reputation.
