We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Department Coordinator to support and strengthen our Service Department. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who can step in, take charge, and operate with minimal training in generator service support.

In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone that keeps our field technicians running efficiently, our customers informed, and our service projects on track. You will manage repair workflows, parts sourcing, warranty claims, scheduling, permits, and customer communications — ensuring excellence across the board.
