Come Make Pasta with Me!
I’ve always believed that the best way to get kids excited about food is to make it an adventure. In Eat It! Food Adventures with Marco Polo, I take kids on a tasting journey through other cultures, following young Ottavio Fornero down the ancient Silk Road — discovering new flavors, new ingredients, and new ways of thinking about what’s on their plate.
The hidden message? Cooking together is one of the greatest family adventures there is.
This Earth Day, I’m bringing Ottavio’s story to life at Hope Farms with a hands-on pasta-making pop-up. Come roll up your sleeves, make something delicious from scratch, and maybe start a new family tradition right in our Gathering Barn.
