“Hands to Love is offering FREE virtual adaptive yoga classes for children with upper limb differences. The goal is to help boost your child’s confidence by improving their strength, balance, flexibility, and posture, to help them overcome everyday challenges. An additional family member is also welcome to join in the fun!

Class Dates are as follows:

Toddler Class:
Every Monday September 23- November 4th @ 5:00 P.M. EST

Teenager Class:
Every Wednesday September 25- November 6th @ 5:00 P.M. EST
