Wrapping up offseason now going to cruise before pushing it hard again. Been battling injuries this entire 12 week push still added good size. Pushing through bad shoulder, bad knee, and back spasms. Haven’t been able to lift as heavy but the volume still worked out. Thanks to adjusting my plan as needed.

This picture was the very next day after seeing I sent him a DM explaining my injuries and he said “I’m going to get you a brand new shoulder”
He did exactly that this was my first day in over 3 months I’ve been able to hit chest & shoulders with no pain. I’m hitting legs tomorrow going to see if my knee pain is also gone. If you got stubborn injuries and need someone that cares to get you right get with this isn’t an ad. It’s just a random post cause I’m surprised how much better a feel after one visit.

During this offseason with neil going to make this guy look small and bring up all the weak points. Winning one day at a time looking forward to the daily grind.
