Mammography: Yearly for ages 40-54
Prostate screening: every 2 years for ages 50 and older
Pap test: every 3 years for ages 21-29
Pap test with HPV test: every 5 years for ages 30-65
Colonoscopy: every 10 years for ages 45-75
