The Houston Furniture Bank D.I.V.A.S. is a project of love and compasion. This organization is dear to my heart; and I so enjoy working with the individuals who volunteer to help families in need. This month alone, we have selected two very needy families to help get beds off the floor, provide furniture items to make an empty house a home, provide the simple lifestyle necessities we may take for granted, and to bring just a bit of joy to the children involved.
On days the work is tiring; but quite rewarding. I am thankful to be able to do the work and for each of you who support us. Please continue to support us with your prayers, donations, and well wishes. May God bless us all.

The volunteer organization, the Houston Furniture Bank D.I.V.A.S., performed another successful home makeover for a family in need. We took an empty apartment and turned it into a beautiful, functional, home. If you are looking for a worthy cause to give some of your free time, join us. We need more volunteers. Our projects take place on Saturdays, once a month.
