Real Estate Field Support/Assistant

This position requires making routine visits to both vacant and occupied properties to assess, inspect and address condition and maintenance needs. Routine Inspections are completed in compliance with guidelines when needed to provide the client with direct and immediate information relative to the condition of the property. Install and remove lockboxes and collateral as needed. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with occupants and contractors.

Responsibilities
Take incredible pictures to convey the condition of the property
Document and observe the neighborhood surrounding
Detailed and thorough inspection of properties for overall condition and any damages/issues
Documenting damages through photos and comments
Providing excellent customer service
Provide detailed and concise verbal and written communication
Maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications
A Valid Driver's License is required, no exception
Reliable Transportation and Insurance
Attention to detail is necessary
Independent, self-reliant, able to problem solve and multi-task
Able to drive to multiple locations on a daily basis
Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
Organized and able to manage time and schedule effectively
Able to communicate clearly, and effectively with occupants. tenants and fellow team members
Inspector and/or Real Estate license preferred
High School diploma or GED equivalent required - 1+ years experience with walking properties
Compensation
$18 - $22 hourly
