We’re Hiring Senior Safety & Operations Professionals

Advanced Safety & Training is expanding and looking to connect with seasoned professionals in Houston, TX, Lafayette, LA, and Midland, TX (future growth) who bring deep experience in operations, management, safety, and risk leadership across multiple industries.

We value real-world management experience and practical best practices over “paper-only” safety programs. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who understand how safety integrates into day-to-day operations.

What this role looks like (flexible by design):
• Full-time or part-time
• W-2 or 1099 (based on role and preference)
• Long-term onsite assignments or multi-site support
• Focus on the areas you do best, with team support for the rest

Core work may include:
• Safety leadership and client advisory
• OSHA, DOT, and ISO-related support
• Training such as CPR/First Aid, Forklift, Crane & Rigging, LOTO, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Defensive Driving, Incident Investigation, Harassment Prevention, Diversity & Equality, and recurring Toolbox Talks
• Audits, inspections, and safety program development
• Managing training records and client portals

Who we’re looking for:
• Senior professionals with extensive experience (often 25–35+ years)
• Background in operations, plant/facility management, project management, or EHS
• Multi-industry experience (oil & gas, pipeline, manufacturing, construction, industrial, transportation)
• Comfortable working directly with client leadership
• Existing relationships or book of business welcome, not required
• Retired or semi-retired professionals encouraged to apply

Compensation:
• Commensurate with experience
• Lower base with performance-based incentives tied to billable revenue
