If I've shared this once, I've shared it 100 times!

You don't have to carry a scale or measuring tools everywhere you go. You also don't have to use the excuse that you can't log your food because you don't have those tools.

Sure, precise measures tell us better more exact data. But.. closer to reality than nothing at all keeps.us in alignment with awareness and away from practicing denial.

Your food matters. How much you consume matters. Be aware! No excuses.

Pre & post stimulant free Pumpageddon by 💪🏽

I love my coffee ☕️ & I take adhd meds ...so stimulant pre I a no for me. But what I find I have always looked for in a pre is not the nerve-wracking caffeine 😤

What makes a great pre, in my opinion?
• increased circulation
• increase in nutrient delivery
• increased strength
• mental clarity without an iety, shakes, or crash

Frontline checks all of the boxes here. The cool part is that it CAN be mixed with stimulants (if you want to take it up a notch)
