Tomorrow is my mother’s birthday, she would’ve been 75 years old. Cancer is a thief i think those who have suffered loss can agree . Tomorrow Demon Ink will be doing free cancer ribbon tattoos from the 28th -29th as we celebrate Ribbons from Rosie! I lost my mom on January 7th this year to a short, tough fight with brain cancer. Her birthday is October 28th she would have been 75 years old. She loved everyone so much especially her grandbabies. since then I had been distant from people, friends and work. I detoxed for 6 months cold turkey and got myself together. I know she wouldn’t want to see me like I was when I lost my dad. I haven’t opened up and shared much lately and I’m sorry for that. I’ve always given the cancer ribbons away free but this time Demon Ink will be hosting an event in her name, Ribbons from Rosie. Id also like to give a shout out to Madeline Mallory Bess and Aaron Johnson for joing the event! If you know anyone who wants a free cancer ribbon to memorialize a warrior, we will be doing them on October 28th and 29th from 10am -10pm. It will be a first come first serve basis, food, music by the one and only Matt Cash! I’ve been down but not out, I’m back and I’m coming out swinging! FK CANCER! Say it with me!!

I wanna personally thank everyone that has inquired about the free Cancer Ribbon tattoos. Here’s an event I’m creating. October 28th-29th It’s a first come first serve basis for simple caner ribbon tattoos. If you have any extra add-ons or ideas, feel free to come by Demon Ink and listen to some live music by or eat some food, talk to some artists. If we cannot get to you on one day, we will be doing it the following day as well as taking appointments for future tattoos. We will not be accepting any donations. We ask that you donate to a cause of your choice and tips are always greatly appreciated.
