Individuals must sell Parts & Services on our website to receive a commission base pay. Parts includes Vehicles and all Custom Parts. Services includes Paint & Body, Music Installation, Tint, Mobile Deliveries, Mobile Mechanic service and Vehicle Rental Service. Each Parts and Services has their own commission base pay. The commission pay on Vehicles is $50. The commission pay on Custom Parts is $10. Commission pay for Paint & Body service is $15. Commission pay for Music Installation is $12. For Tint is $20. For Mobile Deliveries is $5. Mechanic Service is $8 and Vehicle Rental Service is $18. A commission pay chart will be provided to all sales associates along with a Referral Code/ Employee ID #. Individuals must sell at least one item per week which includes Parts or Services. Failure will result in a 3 Strick Program which includes a Verbal Warning, a Written Warning, Suspension or Termination. Individuals will be rewarded with a Raise or Bonus for maintaining Sales Quota and Exceeding Sales Expectations.
